Milner Road, Heswall

Facade improvements to a 1920's house in Heswall, which included the demolition of an existing bay window and porch.   Remodelling included the construction of a new bay window and tiled entrance lobby beneath a new clay tile roof with an oak door and column.  Windows were replaced with high energy, double glazed Rehau windows.   Heat loss from the front and side elevations was reduces by rendering the existing were improved by over rendering existing walls with new insulated silicone render to complement the existing house. The client has benefited not only from improvements in appearance but also a significant reduction with their energy bills.
